Job summary

Potts Lawyers on the Gold Coast is looking for a motivated Office Junior/Administration Assistant to support daily operations and assist the legal team with a range of administrative tasks. You will report to the Practice Manager and Accounts Manager and gain exposure to a busy law firm environment.

This is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn, develop skills, and grow within a supportive professional team. Training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration or office experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider office and legal teams.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and assisting with general enquiries.
  • Scanning, filing, photocopying and organising documents.
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating information within our practice management system.
  • Assisting with archiving and file management.
  • Assisting with other general administrative and office duties as required.
  • Providing support to the Practice Manager and other team members as needed.

Job Description
