Empire Office Furniture in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on online inquiries, quotes, and order processing. You will be the first point of contact, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to our customers and helping the sales team with admin tasks.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, using CRM and Microsoft Office to manage records, track orders, and provide delivery timelines. Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.

• Follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Provide product information, availability, and delivery timelines to customers
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
