Job summary

Gameloft Brisbane is seeking a proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations on a part-time basis. You’ll help maintain shared spaces, manage deliveries, and assist with team events under the Office Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates are organised, detail-oriented, able to juggle priorities, and comfortable handling confidential information. Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office is required, with Planner a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Administration, Facilities Management, Event Coordination, or a similar role.
• Availability to work on-site 3-5 days per week (we're flexible for the right person)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva
• Experience with Microsoft Planner is a bonus
• A genuine interest in games, creative industries, or building great workplace experiences is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Keeping the studio running smoothly by maintaining shared spaces, kitchen stock levels, and general studio presentation
• Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks, requests, and special projects
• Assisting with the planning, organisation, and delivery of team events and celebrations
• Managing deliveries and liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other external vendors
• Contributing to studio safety, security, and workplace wellbeing initiatives
• Helping onboard new starters and ensuring they feel welcome from day one
• Creating signage, internal communications, and event materials using Canva
• Being an extra set of eyes and hands around the studio, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the workplace experience

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to possibly grow into a full-time role in 2027.

This role is all about being the behind-the-scenes hero who helps keep the studio running smoothly. From keeping shared spaces organised and stocked to making sure the little details don't get missed, you'll help create an environment where our team can focus on making great games.

You’ll work closely with the Office Manager to support studio events, team celebrations, visitors, deliveries, and other projects that help make our studio a great place to work. If you get satisfaction from ticking things off a checklist and making life easier for others, and gets a kick out of creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
