Job summary

Gameloft Brisbane, the largest video game studio in Queensland, is seeking a Communications Intern to join its Communications team. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support employer branding, engagement initiatives, and events to showcase life at Gameloft Brisbane.

You will assist with external events, industry activations, and social media communications, while updating the intranet and news about studio projects, milestones, and activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Events or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the studio.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.
  • This is a full-time hybrid position based in Brisbane, requiring attendance at our studio three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day communication projects and perform any other related tasks.
