Job description

Job Description

The Creative Agency Team (CAT) is Gameloft’s internal creative agency, responsible for producing marketing and user acquisition assets for games across multiple studios and regions. Reporting directly to the CAT Lead, the Creative Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of creative production activities across projects. This role acts as a central point of coordination between the CAT team and its stakeholders, helping to ensure that work is clearly briefed, properly planned, well tracked, and delivered on time.

The Creative Project Manager plays a key role in enabling smooth production by reviewing incoming briefs and requests, confirming production readiness before kick-off, managing timelines and priorities, and supporting the team throughout all stages of the creative process. This person partners closely with the CAT Lead to maintain strong organization, facilitate communication, anticipate production needs, and improve team efficiency through better workflows, planning, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage creative projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, milestones, deliverables, feedback rounds and approvals to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectations.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and production teams, acting as a central point of contact between the Creative Agency Team, artists, marketing, UA, game teams, legal, licensors and external partners.
  • Drive production planning and prioritisation, partnering with the CAT Lead to define priorities, allocate work, manage dependencies and proactively identify and resolve blockers and risks.
  • Oversee project tracking and workflows, maintaining accurate project plans, schedules, task assignments and progress tracking in Airtable, while continuously improving production visibility and efficiency.
  • Support creative quality and delivery, ensuring briefs and assets are production-ready, feedback is clearly communicated, and final deliverables meet project requirements, creative expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Improve processes and ways of working, developing documentation, templates and best practices, analysing production data, and collaborating with other Creative Project Managers to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.
What success will look like
  • Production readiness: Creative requests are clearly defined and production-ready before kickoff, with briefs, assets, owners, timelines, and approvals in place.
  • Reliable delivery: Projects are well planned, tracked, and delivered against agreed milestones, with dependencies, feedback, approvals, and risks anticipated early.
  • Visibility & risk management: The CAT Lead, artists, and stakeholders have clear visibility of priorities, progress, blockers, and delivery risks, with issues addressed proactively.
  • Strong collaboration: Communication with artists and key stakeholders is clear, structured, and proactive, keeping expectations aligned throughout production.
  • Operational efficiency: Workflows, tools, documentation, and reporting are organised and continuously improved to increase visibility, consistency, and efficiency.

Overall: The Creative Project Manager provides the structure and support needed for the team to focus on creative quality while ensuring projects are delivered reliably and stakeholders remain confident.
