Penske Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Service Supervisor – Off Highway in Darwin. You will lead the Service Department, drive performance, ensure safety and quality, and develop a high-performing team while managing WIP, budgets and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required.
• 5+ years in heavy vehicle/engine industry.
• Experience leading and developing a workforce.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex product information.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance, including budgets.
• Ability to interpret business financial information and drive performance.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify service and sales opportunities.
• Proactive leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop the Service team to high performance standards.
• Coordinate workloads to complete customer jobs efficiently and on time.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity culture across the department.
• Manage WIP, quotations, invoicing and service documentation.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, expenses and budgets against targets.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and meet customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow the service business and customer base.
• Forecast and report on operational and financial performance.
• Support recruitment, performance management and career development.
