Job summary
Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to shape our workforce and culture. - Lead WesCEF's workforce planning strategy and capability.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to strengthen representation and performance.
- Partner with leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Deliver organisation design, workforce planning and capability initiatives.
- Use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and shape strategies.
- Develop governance structures and tools for sustainable workforce outcomes.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to deliver integrated people solutions.
