IPAR, part of the MedHealth network, seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist) in Melbourne. You will manage client caseloads, support return-to-work goals, and liaise with employers and clinicians to align rehabilitation plans.

• Professional background in Occupational Therapy; Full registration with AHPRA.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Compassion, kindness and empathy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants.
• Assist clients with injury/health conditions toward return to health and return to work.
• Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals and insurers to align rehabilitation goals.
• Work across schemes such as workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare & DVA.
• Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to assess home/community support needs and recommend equipment or modifications.
• Prepare timely, high-quality reports with findings, recommendations and clinical reasoning.
