IPAR, part of the MedHealth network, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist) in Melbourne. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to help clients return to health and work, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

We welcome new graduates with a hands-on learning approach and supportive culture, offering onboarding and opportunities to advance within the MedHealth group.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Full professional registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate admin tasks.
• Assist clients with injury/health conditions to resume health and return-to-work outcomes.
• Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals and insurers to align rehabilitation goals.
• Work across schemes such as workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare and DVA.
• Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate functional abilities and support needs in home/community.
• Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations and clinical reasoning.
