You will assess and intervene for children and adults under the NDIS framework, support assistive technology needs, and manage a diverse caseload with timely reporting. New graduates have a tailored 12‑month program with induction, weekly supervision, core skills training, mentoring, PD sessions, and opportunities to learn within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in the related field.
• Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Car insurance.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
• Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' function, capacity, and social engagement.
• Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
• Ensuring timely documentation and report writing.
• Managing a varied caseload.
• Meeting professional expectations (e.g., meeting billable targets and effective client management).
• Attending meetings, supervision, and engaging in personal development (as required).
• Building relationships with key stakeholders, including fellow therapists, clients, and referral sources.
• Working across leading software platforms and online tools.
