Job summary

Hanrahan Health in Campbelltown, NSW, is expanding its graduate Occupational Therapist team in 2026. You will manage caseloads, assess function across domains, and formulate goals with evidence-based interventions across clinic, school and home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be degree-qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Current full registration with AHPRA or eligible upon completion of degree.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and provide timely therapeutic services.
• Assess clients across emotional, cognitive, developmental and physical function using observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret findings to formulate client-specific treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Advise on environmental adaptations at home, school, work and residential facilities.

Job Description

We are expanding our Campbelltown clinic team in 2026 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!

On a daily basis you will be:

• Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
• Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
• Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
• Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy
