Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, invites graduate Occupational Therapists to join our 2027 program across diverse clinical settings including clinics, schools, and telehealth in Australia. You will manage caseloads, perform assessments, and contribute to evidence-based interventions while developing under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level OT degree and current AHPRA registration or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess emotional, cognitive, developmental and physical function using observations and standardised tools.
• Interpret findings to set client-specific treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Advise on environmental adaptations at home, school and work.
• Recommend Assistive Technology to promote independence.

We want to continue expanding our Bowral team in 2027 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!

On a daily basis you will be:

• Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
• Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
• Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
