Job summary

Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, is expanding its Goulburn team in 2027 and seeking Graduate Occupational Therapists. You will manage caseloads, assess clients across multiple domains, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for diverse populations.

You will work in a range of settings from clinics to schools and via telehealth, with strong supervision and professional development opportunities, and flexible full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from a recognised program.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or eligible for registration.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function.
  • Interpret findings to set client-specific treatment goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Advise on environmental adaptations at home, school, work and residential facilities.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to improve independence.

Job Description

We want to continue expanding our Goulburn team in 2027 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!



  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner

  • Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments

  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client

  • Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based

  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities

  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you


  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle

  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector


Qualifications


  • Degree qualified Occupational Therapist

  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible for registration
