Job summary

Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, invites applications from graduates for a 2027 Occupational Therapist Graduate Program in Campbelltown. You will manage caseloads, deliver evidence-based therapies and support adaptations to environments across clinics, schools and clients’ homes, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

Ideal candidates possess a degree in Occupational Therapy, current or eligible AHPRA registration, and a genuine passion for disability services.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Degree qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and provide timely therapeutic services.
• Assess clients across emotional, cognitive, developmental and physical function using observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret findings to form client-specific treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Advise on environmental adaptations (home, school, work, residential).
• Recommend Assistive Technology to promote independence.

We want to continue expanding our Campbelltown team in 2027 and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients!

On a daily basis you will be:

• Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
• Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
• Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
• Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
• Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence
