Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a multidisciplinary team in Bibra Lake, Perth WA, with a blend of clinic work and flexible admin support. The role offers WFH report days and growth opportunities within a clinician-led practice.

Occupational Therapist | WFH Report Days & Admin Support Bibra Lake, Perth WA (Hybrid) | Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical) | Full-time and Part Time
$95,000–$125,000 base + super + uncapped monthly bonus Full-time or part-time from three days per week Bibra Lake base | Community work | WFH report days Join a clinician-led, multidisciplinary allied health practice for an OT role with practical support, flexibility and room to grow. You'll work alongside five OTs within a wider team of around 20 clinicians.
More support, less admin Our admin team handles intake, bookings, reminders, billing, forms, service agreements and diary assistance, so you can focus on clients, clinical notes and rebooking.
Flexibility in your working day WFH report and administration days are generally available after your first month, once you're settled in. On track for the month, notes and client work done? Head home, work from home, or go to the gym. We care about results, not where you sit.
We work to monthly billable targets. The uncapped monthly bonus is available after your first four weeks, with workload expectations and the bonus structure discussed at interview.
Your caseload and support Start with a mixed paediatric and adult caseload across NDIS and private clients, then build towards the work and client groups you enjoy — your caseload builds gradually over four weeks, with extra support where needed. The role includes therapy, capacity-building, Functional Capacity Assessments and reports across clinic, home, school and community settings. FCA experience is preferred but not essential — training is available.
You can also develop skills in assistive technology and Home & Living.
Our Head of Occupational Therapy provides paid supervision and caseload reviews weekly or fortnightly, depending on your experience. The wider team is available for day-to-day questions.
Salary and benefits Salary is based on experience and clinical independence. A team-lead opportunity is also available if leadership interests you.

• $2,500 external professional-development allowance after six-month probation
• Paid study time for suitable courses by agreement

• $1.01 per kilometre for work-related travel
• Laptop, phone, software, templates and assessment resources provided
• Full-time is 37.5 hours per week; salary figures are FTE and pro rata for part-time
