Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a multidisciplinary team in Bibra Lake, Perth WA, with a blend of clinic work and flexible admin support. The role offers WFH report days and growth opportunities within a clinician-led practice.

You will supervise a mixed paediatric and adult caseload across NDIS and private clients and benefit from a collaborative environment with uncapped monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA OT registration required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed paediatric and adult OT caseload across NDIS and private clients.
• Provide therapy, capacity-building, and Functional Capacity Assessments.
• Prepare reports for clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Work with a supportive team, with admin support to focus on clinical work.
