Bloom Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming care to NDIS participants aged 0-65 in a community-based role with the flexibility to work from home for planning and admin. A strong team culture and mentorship are available across states.

You will join a growing multidisciplinary team and have access to professional development support, including annual car allowance and regular learning sessions.

Formación

• Registered occupational therapist with AHPRA.
• Neurodiversity-affirming practice experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.

As an Occupational Therapist at Bloom, you will deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity affirming care to NDIS participants aged 0-65 years in a community-based role with the flexibility to work from home for planning and admin. Organize your days in the way that works for you!

Even with the autonomy this role provides, there is a strong team culture in each state. Whether you are a new grad, or an experienced OT, you’ll be supported, mentored and supervised by experienced clinicians. While not required, many teams organize collaborative office days in the CBD on a regular basis.
