Job summary

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, client-focused OT Clinical Leader to guide and grow our national team of Occupational Therapists. You will lead with impact, shape clinical excellence, and support the next generation of OTs.

You’ll mentor OTs across states and practice areas, champion client-centred evidence-based care, and contribute to training resources and career development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• NDIS experience is essential.
• Strong clinical background.
• Leadership, mentoring and team development.
