Connect2Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a flexible, community-based role serving the South East of Perth. The position combines home/community visits with telehealth and hub work, with interstate & international relocation support.

New grads welcome and a 12-month new graduate program with supervision and mentoring. You will assess and treat diverse clients, support NDIS goals, provide AT recommendations, and collaborate with families and referrers while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration.
• WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check.
• Driver’s license + reliable vehicle.
• Professional indemnity & public liability insurance.

About the Role

As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
