Strong Minds Psychology is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary practice based in the Yarra Valley, with clinic work in Yarra Junction and opportunities for home, school, kinder visits, and Telehealth. You’ll work with clients across the lifespan, engaging families and educators, while maintaining documentation and participating in supervision within a supportive team.

• AHPRA registration

• Provide evidence-informed OT assessment, intervention and reporting across the lifespan
• Build strong therapeutic rapport with clients, families, carers and community stakeholders
• Administer, interpret and report assessments efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
• Manage client information and company records across platforms
• Provide high-quality client care through balanced caseload management and proactive risk communication
• Contribute to service quality, team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

About the Role

We’re seeking Occupational Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team, based primarily in the Yarra Valley. You’ll work with clients across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood—providing assessment, intervention, and collaborative support with families, educators, and allied health professionals.

The role includes clinic‑based work in Yarra Junction, community visits (home, school, kinder, aged care), and optional Telehealth/Work From Home sessions. Engagement at our Warragul clinic to be discussed based upon clinician location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑informed Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention, and reporting across the lifespan
