Job summary

Stream Healthcare is seeking a dedicated allied health professional in Australia to conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans that enhance independence and function. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes across settings such as schools, homes, clinics, or community environments.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Drivers' License.
