Stream Healthcare is recruiting occupational therapists (early‑career and experienced) across Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Roles include Aged Care, Paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads with in‑clinic, home, or school settings. Flexible hours and WFH options available.

Current AHPRA registration is required along with clearances (police, WWC, NDIS screening) and a valid driver’s license. Join a supportive team with tailored caseloads and career progression.

• Current Drivers' License.

The Position

Stream Healthcare is recruiting for early-career and experienced Occupational Therapists across Toowoomba and surrounding areas! Aged Care, Paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads available.

Locations include: Brisbane Central, Greater Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Townsville, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Hervey Bay + MORE!

Your role will involve

• Conducting assessments and developing and delivering tailored therapy plans to improve independence and function
• Collaborating with families and within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best service and outcomes to clients
• You may prescribe and implement home/workplace modifications and assistive technology
• Support recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life
• Working in schools, homes, clinics, or community settings (you choose!)
