Job summary

Limelight People is seeking an Occupational Therapist to manage a community-based caseload in Brisbane, with flexible locations across the area. You will work with Support at Home clients, supported by admin and scheduling assistance to free time for clinical care.

Role involves home assessments, assistive technology prescription, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Driver's licence with access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Functional assessments within clients' homes.
• Assistive technology prescription and equipment recommendations.
• Home modification assessments (minor and major).
• Develop intervention plans to maximise independence and safety at home.
• Review client progress and prepare high-quality clinical reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The Role: managing a community-based caseload, primarily Support at Home clients (small proportion of NDIS participants)

Your responsibilities will include:
