Job summary

Limelight People is seeking an Occupational Therapist to manage a community-based caseload, primarily supporting Aged Care clients in the Brisbane area with a small portion of NDIS participants. The role offers flexibility across Brisbane, allowing you to work closer to home and maintain a balanced diary while delivering person-centred care.

You will conduct home-based assessments, prescribe assistive technology, and perform home modification evaluations.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Functional assessments within clients' homes.
• Assistive technology prescription and equipment recommendations.
• Minor and major home modification assessments.
• Developing intervention plans to maximise independence and safety at home.
• Reviewing client progress and completing high-quality clinical reports.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
