Job summary

Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) in the Northern Sydney region is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and help Autistic children, young people and adults achieve practical skills and independence.

This permanent, full-time role is community-based, with a diverse caseload across home, school, and community settings. You will work alongside a supportive clinical team to tailor interventions to individual goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Full AHPRA registration.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy supports to 3-4 participants per day in community settings.
• Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and support networks.
• Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional and meaningful.

Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Northern Sydney region

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Northern Sydney team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.

This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team.

You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.

What your day will look like

You will:
