Job summary

Avina is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our national multidisciplinary team across home, school, clinic and community settings. You will deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants with a focus on independence and quality of life.

You’ll work in a flexible, hybrid environment with structured supervision, collaborative learning, and ongoing professional development to support your career growth within a national organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.
