Job summary

Avina is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Elizabeth Vale team, servicing the surrounding area. The role supports predominantly paediatric caseloads with a smaller adult component and offers flexible full-/part-time arrangements.

You'll work within a genuinely multidisciplinary team alongside Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support colleagues, with caseload, supervision, and remuneration matched to experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Current AHPRA registration is required or eligible.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as role involves community-based work
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school, clinic and community settings
  • Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
  • Support participants with disability, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and global developmental delay
  • Participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered
  • Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
  • Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

About The Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Elizabeth Vale team, servicing the surrounding area. Open to full-time and part-time.

We find our caseloads here typically lean heavily paediatric, with a smaller adult component. You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support colleagues. Whichever stage you're at, your caseload, supervision structure and remuneration will be matched to your experience.

You may also participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered where required.
