Avina is expanding its occupational therapy team to support NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community settings. The role welcomes new graduates through to experienced clinicians, with opportunities for flexibility, collaboration and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, as required for professional practice.
• AHPRA registration eligible or current.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWC clearance.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; collaborative, person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services across home, school, clinic and community settings.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
