Job summary

The Humanity Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a growing national team in Australia. You will provide assessments, develop plans, and deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions across clinic, community and telehealth settings.

New graduates to experienced OTs welcome, with structured supervision, ongoing CPD opportunities, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment supporting career development.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain it before commencing.
• Interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and developing individualised therapy plans.
• Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in everyday life.
• Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Managing appointments across clinic, community and telehealth settings.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.

About You

You're a passionate Occupational Therapist who upholds:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or near completion.
• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain it before commencing.
• An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
• Relevant NSW and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
