Job summary

Avina is seeking Occupational Therapists across multiple locations nationwide to deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy for NDIS participants in home, school, clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy required.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
