Avina, a national allied health and behaviour support community, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Far North Coast team, with a local base in Alstonville and flexibility to work across surrounding communities.

You’ll deliver OT across community, home, clinic and telehealth, with a varied caseload including functional capacity assessments, assistive technology and equipment prescription, sensory and mobility assessments, home modifications and independence building in everyday

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy required.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligible.
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Curious, collaborative and person-centred approach.

About The Role

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Far North Coast team, with flexibility to work across Alstonville, Ballina, Lismore, Casino and surrounding communities.

With our Alstonville clinic providing a local team base, you’ll have the flexibility of community OT while still having somewhere to connect with colleagues, access resources and work from when it suits you.

You’ll support participants across the lifespan with a varied caseload that can include Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology and equipment prescription, sensory and mobility assessments, home modifications, and building independence in everyday activities.

We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced OTs, with supervision and support tailored to your experience.
