MedHealth in the Canberra region is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our NDIS-focused team. You will manage caseload, assess development and function, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve independence and wellbeing.

This role offers flexible hours, weekly supervision, career development, and access to office and clinic spaces, with support from senior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
• Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Time management & organisational skills to manage varied caseload

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

We’re growing our #AAA team and looking for anOccupational Therapistbased in theCanberra region. Depending on your location, you’ll have the opportunity towork close to home.

In this role you will:
