Ability Action Australia in Western Sydney is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a large, nationwide provider of NDIS services. The role focuses on completing functional assessments in participants' homes and community environments, and setting meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines.
You will identify and prescribe Assistive Technology, collaborate with families and the wider team, and help ensure smooth service delivery.
