Job summary

MedHealth Group in Canberra is expanding its Occupational Therapy team. You will deliver person-centred therapy to participants, work within a multi-disciplinary team, and adapt plans to changing goals across community settings.

• Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload (based on negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

We’re growing our #AAA team and looking for anOccupational Therapistbased in theCanberra region. Depending on your location, you’ll have the opportunity to work close to home.
