Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Occupational Health, or related field is required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in occupational health coordination or related role.
• Knowledge of health surveillance, injury management, and OH practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational health activities and programs, including medical surveillance, health assessments, and wellness initiatives.
• Support management of occupational health vendor relationships and healthcare providers to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Support day-to-day administration of occupational health services and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in accordance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR, EHS, FM (E&PS), and external healthcare providers to support employee health needs.
• Assist with incident follow-up, injury management, psychological risk assessments, and return-to-work coordination.
• Support compliance with occupational health regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports and data related to occupational health activities and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupational health processes and employee experience.
