Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Health Care Compliance Officer for Australia and New Zealand, based in North Ryde, NSW. The role leads compliance strategy, partners with country leadership and global teams to ensure ethical conduct and risk management, and oversees programs across ANZ.

The incumbent will guide business leaders, embed controls, monitor developments, and drive a culture of integrity while enabling compliant growth in key markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance, legal, risk or ethics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Healthcare Compliance Officer for Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance risks across commercial, promotional, education and other activities.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethics.
• Embed compliance controls into business processes and market activities.
• Oversee training, monitoring, risk assessments and issue management across markets.
• Support investigations, audits and regulatory interactions with Legal and other functions.
• Monitor regulatory developments across ANZ and advise leadership.
