Job summary

PILOT Body Corporate is seeking a capable property manager to oversee a portfolio of about 40 small OCs in Mornington. You will be the first point of contact for owners and committees, handling phones and in-person inquiries with independence from early on.

This role requires a hands-on professional comfortable with AGMs, renewals, coordination of maintenance, and collaboration with admin and accounts. A hybrid work setup is available after an initial trial period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential or commercial property management, strata/OC management, or a similar client-facing property role.
• Confident on the phone and in person with unhappy clients and running meetings.
• Organised, a clear writer, and good with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Driver licence and own car; willing to complete a national police check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and look after office visitors as the main point of contact.
• Run your portfolio: 40 AGM s and 40 insurance renewals a year.
• Coordinate maintenance, quotes and contractors.
• Work with our admin and accounts team, who handle the back-office processing and production.
