The candidate will handle Dynatrace services, problem solving within deadlines, and will engage in ITIL-aligned processes, with emphasis on efficient issue resolution and proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• Certified in Dynatrace Admin/Professional.
• Strong knowledge of all Dynatrace services and functionalities.
• Experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Excellent customer-facing and written communication skills.
• Ability to map customer requirements to business impact and downtime.

Responsibilities

• End to End knowledge on Dynatrace implementation.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace.
• Configuring processes and service detection rules.
• Experience with RUM and user session monitoring metrics.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and propose solutions.
• Raising and tracking support tickets with Dynatrace teams.
• Articulate how APM improves customer problem solving.
