Job summary

Talent is seeking a Dynatrace Systems Administrator to strengthen observability within a major digital environment. You will administer the Dynatrace SaaS platform, configure alerts and dashboards, and support incident and performance analysis across multiple business units.

This initial 12-month contract offers hybrid work options in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane, with opportunities to extend. You will work with OneAgent, ActiveGate and Dynatrace APIs, applying Davis AI for root-cause analysis

Qualifications

Extensive Dynatrace administration experience in large enterprise environments.
Strong skills in configuring alerts, thresholds and dashboards.
Experience with OneAgent, ActiveGate and Dynatrace APIs.
Knowledge of log analytics, custom metrics and platform extensions.
Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring.
Analytical mindset and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Administering and maintaining the Dynatrace SaaS platform
Configuring alerts, thresholds, dashboards, reports and automated notifications
Deploying and managing OneAgent and installing and configuring ActiveGate
Supporting application, infrastructure, synthetic and real-user monitoring
Using Davis AI and platform analytics to support root-cause analysis
Improving event management processes supporting incident and problem resolution
Developing technical documentation, knowledge articles and performance trend analysis
