Job summary

Nestlé Nutrition and Health is seeking 2 Nutrition & Health Specialists to cover Southwest/West and North Sydney/South Sydney/Newcastle, NSW. You will influence clinical practice and educate healthcare professionals on evidence-based medical nutrition across hospitals, community and private sectors.

This role offers a company vehicle, phone, tablet, and a structured bonus program. You will travel regularly, build strong relationships, and contribute to patient welfare while meeting territory

We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible 2x Nutrition & Health Specialists to cover our Southwest/West and North Sydney/South Sydney/Newcastle territories.

A day in the Life…

Reporting to the Regional Manager Nutrition & Health - NSW, you will utilise your scientific knowledge to influence and educate healthcare professionals within the hospital space on the use of our credible, scientifically supported product range.

With your relationship-management skills, you will influence key decision makers within hospitals as you strive to exceed sales targets and make a difference to patient welfare.

Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives through strategic account management and customer engagement.

Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals across hospitals, community, and Private Sector.

Be a trusted clinical and product expert, educating customers on evidence-based medical nutrition solutions that enhance patient care and drive business growth.

Maintain accurate and timely customer interaction records and territory activity within our CRM system - Veeva.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, seminars and other activities on an as-needed basis.

Leverage digital engagement tools and represent Nestlé Nutrition and Health.

TRAVEL

Due to the nature of this role, it is important that you are comfortable spending time on the road with regular travel. Please note that in order to visit your customers, you must have a current unrestricted driver’s license and be prepared for occasional overnight travel. Please note you will also be required to attend team meetings.

What will make you successful:

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical nutrition, or related sales.

A tertiary qualification in Nutrition, Science or Allied Health.

Strong ability to engage, influence, and educate healthcare professionals through credible clinical conversations.

Proven relationship-building and business development skills.

A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Meet customer site access requirements, including completion of mandatory pre-checks, compliance training, and adherence to safety protocols.
