Bolton Clarke is seeking a Care Services Assistant in Brisbane’s Keperra area to provide person-centred mealtime support and dining services for residents. You will assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining experiences while respecting dietary needs and preferences.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, patient interaction, and adherence to safety standards within a supportive not-for-profit aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or commercial kitchen appreciated.
• Willingness to obtain police check/NDIS check before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, delivery and serving according to residents' needs.
• Support meal choices, timing and dietary requirements.
• Prepare and set up dining areas to meet individual preferences.
• Engage with residents to provide social and emotional support during meals.
• Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information.
• Follow Food Safety Plan and Bolton Clarke standards.
