Bolton Clarke in Townsville (Glendale facility) is seeking a frontline carer specialising in nutrition and dining. You will support residents with meals, ensure safe, enjoyable dining experiences, and help align routines with individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal selection and dining, honoring resident preferences.
• Support with meal preparation, presentation and serving.
• Maintain dining areas to meet individual needs and keep records.
• Engage residents socially during mealtimes with empathy and kindness.
• Promote resident choice, dignity and respect in dining experiences.
• Ensure nutrition/diet information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow Food Safety Plan and Bolton Clarke standards for food prep.
• Assist with stock and kitchen supplies as required.
