Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a frontline carer with a strong focus on nutrition and dining to support residents with person-centred care. You will assist in meal preparation, service and dining area setup, aligning with residents’ routines and preferences, while providing social and emotional support.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a compassionate attitude, and reliability with flexibility to work shifts. Police or NDIS checks may be required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• A compassionate and caring attitude.
• Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience (highly regarded).
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Complete a police check and/or a NDIS Worker Check prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve meals with dignity, supporting residents during dining.
• Assist in meal preparation, presentation and service according to individual preferences.
• Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.
• Support residents to make meal choices and respect their routines.
• Create a positive dining experience through empathy and social engagement.
