Commencement is January 2027, with a pro rata salary package for 17.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Nursing, be registered with AHPRA as a RN, and bring post-qualification acute care experience along with VET teaching qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Hold appropriate subject knowledge, skills and at minimum hold a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in acute care as a Registered Nurse, gained no longer than five years ago.
• Hold evidence of the required teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET).
• Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and trainer/assessor competence.
• Drivers Licence Highly Desirable

• Deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.
• Deliver the Diploma of Nursing with opportunities to support additional course areas as required.
• Delivery is primarily face-to-face in Broken Hill, with some online delivery and occasional travel.
