Job summary

Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a Diploma of Nursing Teacher to join the Health and Community Centre of Excellence at Bendigo City Campus. You will teach prospective nurses, combining theory with hands-on practice in modern facilities and simulation labs.

You will deliver engaging, student-centred learning, guiding pre-class theory and practical sessions, and help students build clinical skills, confidence and professional behaviours, while contributing to material design and assessments.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to enrol.
• Registered Nurse.
• AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
• Post Grad in Nursing Specialty (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the next generation of nurses for rewarding careers in healthcare.
• Deliver engaging, student-centred learning with theory and hands-on practice.
• Use blended learning to guide theory and simulations before class.
