Job summary
Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a Diploma of Nursing Teacher to join the Health and Community Centre of Excellence at Bendigo City Campus. You will deliver student-centred nursing theory and practical skill development using blended learning approaches, including simulation labs.
In this role you will shape nursing education quality, collaborate with program leads and educators, and support positive student outcomes while benefiting from flexible work options and a strong community focus.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering nursing education and training is expected.
- Familiarity with blended learning and simulation labs preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and digital tools for education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, student-centred nursing education within HACCOE.
- Apply blended learning to theory and hands-on practice in clinical settings.
- Assist design and improvement of learning resources, assessments and teaching materials.
