Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Worker to assist with daily life, mealtimes, and ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.

You will work with a caring team to support residents with diverse needs, promote activity, monitor health, and respect privacy and dignity at all times. This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care across our NSW homes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily life to ensure residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents physically and mentally active.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
