Job summary

Estia Health in NSW is seeking compassionate casual aged care workers to join our team. You’ll assist residents with daily living, support those with challenging needs and help keep residents active.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, with caregiver experience and solid clinical documentation and computer skills. You’ll be a team player who values privacy and dignity in delivering care.

• Caregiving experience is valued and essential to support residents.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are required to document care.
• Strong communication and empathy are important for building relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living to ensure residents are comfortable and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs as part of the care team.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as needed.
• Be a supportive friend to residents and uphold their privacy and dignity.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
