Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant for Noosa to support our residents with daily living activities, meals, and companionship. You will work as part of a caring team to assist residents with varying needs, maintain dignity and privacy, and help keep them mentally and physically engaged.

You should hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care and have solid experience in clinical documentation and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and meals to ensure they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Keep residents physically and mentally active through activities.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with basic treatments as required.
• Provide companionship and uphold residents’ privacy and dignity.
