Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a qualified nurse to join our aged care team in Queensland. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, conduct comprehensive assessments, and contribute to developing personalised care plans.

You will lead and support Personal Care Workers, ensure accurate documentation to meet AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and work as part of a compassionate, resident‑centred care team.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
• Experience in an aged care home.
